1、制作原料不同

豆汁與豆?jié){的制作原料有所不同,豆?jié){是黃豆所制成的,而豆汁則是由綠豆所制成的,在制作綠豆粉條或是粉團(tuán)的時(shí)候剩下的一種液態(tài)經(jīng)過發(fā)酵而成。

豆?jié){是將黃豆用水浸泡后,通過磨碎、過濾以及煮沸等工藝制作而成,而豆汁是用綠豆作為原料,經(jīng)過燙豆、磨豆工藝使其淀粉分離后期發(fā)酵制作而成。
Soy milk is made by soaking soybeans in water, then grinding, filtering, and boiling. Soy milk is made by using mung beans as raw materials and fermenting the starch after blanching and grinding beans.
